*All of the rental properties require a security deposit. The amount of the deposit depends on the property you are renting. This amount is not included in the weekly rental fees listed for each property. The security deposit is due thirty days in advance with your final payment. The security deposited will be refunded to you, by check from Waterfront Rentals, within fourteen days of your departure, as long as there was no damage done, the linens were left clean (if applicable), and no extra cleaning was required. We would be happy to answer any other questions you may have about this policy.
